[Full- time] Logistics Cost Center Intern (Japanese Speaking required)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare monthly reports per supervisor’s request.
Detective control for payment of all entities for logistic clearance cost.
Any other task assigned by the direct superior from time to time.
Verify logistics cost base on shipping document: Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List.
Update billing template in system Cargo 2.5 timely.
Tracking delivery schedule for ongoing shipments.

REQUIREMENTS
Entitled as full- time student in Accounting, Finance, Economics and other related fields during 6- month internship period.
Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (SAP).
Can work independently with minimal supervision.
No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Have time management & task management skills.
Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
Eloquent in English and Vietnamese
Hard- working, detailed- oriented, result- oriented.
Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university.
