Job Descriptions
Support in performing procedures in relation to Administration, Corporate compliance such as preparation and submission of the monthly reports to the Management, and Authorities
Practice the tasks related to ERC, IRC, Certificate of Subsidiary, and other licenses
Other duties as assigned by management.
Assist in providing Business / Corporate consultancy services to our multinational and local clients;
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements
Good English communication, especially speaking and writing
Good attention to detail and ability to handle several jobs concurrently
Enjoying teamwork, cheerful, self- motivated, and willing to learn
Senior student/ Fresh graduate, majoring in Law/ Business
Work hours: 09.00 am to 06.00 pm – Monday to Friday
Good knowledge of the Enterprise Law, Commercial Law, and Investment Law
