ROUND 1: Application and Online Assessment:
Submit your application through this online portal and complete your profile as accurately as possible and online assessments.
ROUND 2: Initial Interview:
Spark your confidence with us through an initial interview.
ROUND 3: Nestlé Camp/Sales Challenge:
Gain insight into our business through solving real- world business issues and interacting with business leaders at our assessment center.
ROUND 4: Final Interview:
Your final performance to spark yourself with our Business Leaders panel.
A new you will be equipped with strong Business acumen, relevant leadership, functional competences and more.
Job Requirement
ARE YOU THE ONE?
Can start working full- time from May 2026
Proficient in English with strong communication skills
Ready to embrace change, lead with agility, and deliver exceptional results.
A driven and ambitious individual with strong business acumen and sharp analytical and critical thinking.
Senior student or fresh graduate with less than 1 year of full- time work experience
Minimum Grade- Point Average (GPA) of 2.8/4 or equivalent 7/10
A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
