JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
This role will provide significant administrative support to
senior stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact and an essential
gatekeeper. The position involves strategically managing the schedules and
ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate complex schedules for various meetings, including executive internal team meetings, Excom meetings, client meetings, and company/business unit Townhalls.
Project Participation: Engage in other company projects as assigned
Presentation and Communication Support: Assist in preparing presentation decks, communications, and livestreams as needed.
Administrative Assistance: Manage administrative tasks such as payment processes, document preparation, expense reports, invoice processing, tracking payments, and managing car vendors, phone suppliers, and bank corporate cards.
Travel Management: Oversee all aspects of business travel, including visa arrangements, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and car management.
Meeting Attendance and Note- taking: Attend meetings and take comprehensive notes on behalf of the leader.
Document Submission: Handle the submission of documents for Site Leader approval.
Gatekeeping and Time Management: Strategically manage the leader’s time by coordinating professional and personal schedules, ensuring alignment with priorities, goals, and objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Excellent team playing skills and relationship building.
Ability to maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality of all information
A detail- oriented, proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate and address situations before they arise
Ability to multi- task, prioritize and make right decisions in a proactive manner.
Good written and verbal English skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills
At least 06 months of relevant experience
