Job Purpose:The Brand Intern will provide day- to- day support to the Brand Manager in executing brand communication activities, coordinating with agencies, and assisting in market research and campaign operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands- on experience in brand management, marketing campaigns, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Management & Development (30%)
Coordinate with creative agencies to ensure timely and high- quality content production
Handle execution of brand content across channels (Social Media, Traditional media, …) under the guidance of Brand Manager
Campaign Support (30%)
Support the implementation of brand communication activities, including OOH, PR, CSR
Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and KPIs
Operational & Administrative Support (30%)
Manage Marketing material documentation
Handle paperwork, contracts, and assist in monthly spending updates (For both Brand & Digital branch)
Track and process all monthly payments to vendors and partners
Technical & Platform Management (10%)
Assist in monitoring page interactions, and coordinating with agencies to handle customer inquiries promptly (Gmail, Facebook, Zalo)
Qualifications:
Passion for marketing, brand management and creative content.
Fresh graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
Experience in student clubs, marketing projects, or creative- related roles (content creation, events, social media, design, etc.) is a strong plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design tools (Adobe, Canva,…) is a plus.
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Detail- oriented, well- organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn with a hands- on mindset
Able to commit to a minimum internship duration as required by the company
