Logistics Executive (Customs operation) Full- time

JOB DESCRIPTION
Daily Inbound operation
· Monitor daily local delivery of goods from airport, seaport to the company’s warehouse according to KPI of lead- time and warehouse capacity
· Troubleshoot ad- hoc logistics issues in terms of customs and local delivery by engage closely with internal departments (Purchasing, Accounting, Warehouse, Sales) to ensure smooth operations.
· Coordinate with the company’s logistics service provider for daily import declaration by validating the correction of shipping documents including HS CODE classification, FTA CO, Import Permits, Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill Of Lading, Airway Bill…etc and giving the solution.
· Oversee the compliance with laws/regulations, especially import electric goods regulations.
· Respond fast in case of late declaration or any other obstacles.
Monthly Report
· Detect root cause for failure cases and prepare regular report to high level.
· Handle validation of customs operation billing monthly.
· Prepare monthly logistics data related to customs operation: KPI of leadtime, commodity/HS CODE, Tax, FTA form…etc
· Analyze rated cost trends and ad- hoc charges to identify potential cost saving opportunity.
REQUIREMENTS
Good understanding of
Strong communication & interpersonal skills, problem- solving thinking, and customers and resulted orientation.
At least 1.5 years of experience in related field.
Good capability of data analyze and present by “chart, graph”.
Customs regulations for FDI business model, customs procedure at site, especially for electric goods.
