JOB DESCRIPTION
Use low- cost platforms like M365, Tableau, and RPA for developing cost- effective digital solutions to streamline workflows.
Collect business cases, including benefit analysis, resource allocation, and timeline management. Maintain clear and updated documentation for team transparency.
Collaborate with global IT teams to share solutions and address user- centric issues.
Evaluate digital processes, identifying areas for automation and improvement.
Provide training and user manuals for technology products and promptly communicate technical issues.
Inform users when facing technical issues, conduct competition research, and identify best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
Background in information technology and software systems, particularly with Microsoft&039;s low- cost platform/tools, including requirements gathering, software analysis, design, and implementation processes
Proficient to excellent English communication skills, with writing abilities being a bonus
Quick learner, adaptable, with strong teamwork skills
Familiarity with modelling tools is an advantage.
