JOB DESCRIPTION

Screen CVs and shortlist candidates forintern and junior- level positions, ensuring alignment with job requirements andrecruitment timelines.
Format candidate CVs to align with the Savillstemplate and branding standards.
Regularlyupdate and maintain the hiring database to ensure accurate candidate tracking.
Supportrecruitment events, job fairs, and internal hiring initiatives.
Assist in administrative tasksrelated to recruitment, including organizing and archiving candidate documents(hard copies and digital files), and managing deadlines for applicationsubmissions.
Share and post jobvacancies across platforms as directed by the recruitment team.
Other tasks assigned by direct manager or assigned manager.
Create and edit recruitment content(text, images, etc.) for job postings, social media campaigns, and employerbranding initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

Preferable candidates with someinternship experience in HR/ TA for retail, FMCG, real estate or relevantindustries
Ability to use Microsoft Office tools.
Open- minded, resilient, eager to learn, and agile in adjusting / adaptingyour scope when needed.
Strong written and oral communicationskills (English proficiency is required).
