Join Sanofi&039;s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team to support our market leadership initiatives. In this dynamic role, you&039;ll contribute to data management, territory optimization, and customer mapping while gaining valuable experience in pharmaceutical commercial operations.
Main responsibilities
· Support team to follow up the status of projects
· Support team on the process of CRM: territory management, new customer mapping, Extract/Transform/Loading customer data
· Support team on QC check, data cleansing and data validation
· Assist with building comprehensive market factsheets to support business planning and forecasting exercises
· Help consolidate existing and newly approved promotional materials
· Support in orchestrating multichannel operations projects
Deliverables
· Accurate and timely data management reports
· Quality- checked customer data and mapping
· Support documentation for territory management
· Assistance with CRM system optimization
About you
· Fresh graduate or studying at the 3rd- 4th year, can work full time
· Good at logical thinking
· Good at written, verbal communication skills
· Good in Excel, PowerPoint
· Highly committed, passionate, proactive, honest and demonstrates integrity
· Well organized, detail- oriented, perseverant, diligent and willing to learn
