JOB DESCRIPTION
The Purpose of Your Role
The regional TA Intern&039;s responsibilities are to support the Regional TA Operations Team on general recruitment and office administrative assignments.
Your Key Responsibilities
CV searching, candidate pool building, and market analyzing:
with set objectives
Assist recruiters in searching CVs from various sources following defined criteria
Searching CVs on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
Assist the team in conducting research, talent mapping & updates about competitors & market
Collect information/CVs from recruiters and use other sourcing techniques to build up a candidates database
General administration:
Assist team members with interview arrangement & recruitment data/reports/process
Prepare related paperwork for new hires
Other tasks as assigned:
Support on employee engagement activities and other social company events
Directly supporting Regional Talent Acquisition on a variety of tasks to ensure efficient execution of responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS
Who We Want
Be well- organized, proactive, open- minded, highly responsible and supportive
Familiar with MS Office, social networks and content writing
Students studying in University or Fresh Graduates and able to work full- time from Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Have knowledge and interest in recruitment
Have good communication skills (Vietnamese & English)
