JOB DESCRIPTION
Supporting on AR quaterly tasks
Ad- hoc tasks as request
Supporting on daily billing tasks including: working on internal system to prepare the e- invoice draft forms, preparing minutes for invoices adjustment and saving supporting document as established schedule and policy, process postage for team
REQUIREMENTS
Basic skill on MS Office, especially on Excel and Word
Time management, accountability and teamwork skills
Good communication, analysis, and management skills
