JOB DESCRIPTION
Communicateeffectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth tax processes and compliance.
Ensure that all supporting documents comply with taxregulations before issuing the VAT invoice.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and customers toresolve any concerns related to VAT invoices.
Prepare and process invoice adjustment minutes whenrequired.
Provide advice and guidance to internal departmentsregarding VAT- related matters.
Reconcile VAT reports with accounting records to ensureaccuracy and consistency.
Work with SAP and other internal systems to extract datafor tax reporting and ensure proper tax configuration.
Manage the issuance of VAT invoices in a timely andcompliant manner.
Prepare, review, and file monthly Value Added Tax (VAT)returns in full compliance with Vietnamese tax regulations.
Liaise with e- invoice service providers to addresstechnical or procedural issues.
Verify VAT invoices to ensure input VAT is valid andsupported by appropriate documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong computer skills, with proficiency inExcel and accounting software.
Fast learner
Good at time management, interpersonal &collaboration skills.
Being able to work under pressure.
SAP System
At least 3 years of experience in a similarposition. Experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding is an advantage.
Being good with figures, detail- oriented,responsible, careful, and a good team player
