Are you a passionate student currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or any other relevant major? Do you have a keen interest in supporting executive leadership and participating in various projects? Can you commit to a full- time internship for six months? Join us as our new Deputy General Director office Intern!
Please bear in mind that this internship is open for undergraduate student only!
As a Deputy General Director office Intern, your responsibilities will include:
Following up on local documents/letters if needed.
Drafting processes and flowcharts in Work Instruction/regulation under the supervision of the Deputy General Director.
Communicating any requirements from the Deputy General Director to relevant functional departments due to the Security Task.
Supporting the Deputy General Director in the initial tasks, which aligns with topics of Environment, Safety & Health.

REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deputy General Director office Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
Remains a student throughout the 6- month internship period, concluding at the end of September 2026.
Undergraduate student majoring in Business Administration, Economics, or any other relevant field.
Curiosity about laws and willingness to try new things.
Great attention to detail.
