Tasks
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated and detail- oriented individual to join our team as a Purchasing Intern. In this role, you will gain hands- on experience and valuable insights into the procurement processes within our organization. You will work closely with our purchasing team to support various tasks and projects, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Below is a detailed scope of work for the Purchasing Intern position:
Clarifying specifications and scope of work with business partners or requesting departments.
Collecting and transferring documents internally to support buyers and other departments.
Recording minutes of meetings, preparing presentation files and sorting/extracting data for Excel reports based on instructions, and other tasks as required.
Supporting the conduction of the QMS process audit.
Comparing quotations, analyzing, and negotiating with suppliers to improve price, payment terms, delivery, warranty conditions, and other benefits for the company.
Screening and sorting potential suppliers for specific commodities and sending Requests for Information/Proposals.
QualificationsWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Purchasing Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
· Undergraduate student in Economics, Finance, Foreign Trade or related majors in Supply chain.
· Fluent in Vietnamese language and culture.
· Good command in English.
· Confident, able to work independently, careful of accuracy and detail of figures, high teamwork spirit.
· Good skills in MS skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
· Committing to working full- time in 6 months (8 hours/day & 5 days/week).
· A Student Certificate from your University is required.
