The Account Executive position acts as a liaison between clients and the Account Manager, facilitating social outreach and influencer marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include taking client briefs, developing proposals, and managing project scopes and timelines to ensure successful execution. The role requires strong client relationship management and consistent communication with internal teams to track progress, and a knowledge of influencer marketing industry trends.
What You’ll Do
Build and manage client relationships with different agencies for social outreach/influencer marketing campaigns.
Making reports to reflect project progress, including risks, benefits, and KPIs achievement to the Account Manager/Account Director and clients.
Work with other internal departments, such as the social media/creative department/media, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Write client briefs and work with internal teams to produce the best outputs.
Working directly with the Account Manager and clients, taking briefs, developing a proposal, and presenting to clients.
Meet and communicate consistently with internal and external teams to manage project scope, timelines, assets, progress, and client deliverables.
Create and manage project scope and timelines, implementing any necessary processes and procedures.
Responsible for building & maintaining relationships with third- party suppliers to make sure input products meet desired quality & are delivered within deadlines
Build and maintain strong client relationships that will assist in smooth and on- time project development and execution, as well as impact future business opportunities.
Who You Are
A recognized university degree
Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
Experience in IMC campaigns
Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
Result- driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm
Minimum of 1 year of experience as the Account Executive role in a digital marketing agency, especially in an account executive, social media role.
Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi- task in a fast- paced environment
Experience in a fast- paced work environment
Solid knowledge of digital tools & channels
