The Logistics Intern will support daily logistics and supply chain operations, including shipment tracking, logistics documentation, and reporting. This internship provides hands- on experience in international logistics and cross- functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Shipment Coordination

Follow up on shipping delays and support issue resolution.
Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics service providers.
Assist in monitoring inbound and outbound shipments.
Track shipment status and update ETD, ETA, and delivery milestones.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of logistics data.
Prepare and maintain logistics documentation.
Organize and archive shipment records and logistics files.

Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment partners regarding shipment status.

Coordinate with cross- functional teams including Purchasing, Planner, Finance, and Operations.
Support purchase order tracking and logistics- related follow- up activities.

Update logistics trackers and dashboards.
Assist in preparing weekly and monthly logistics reports.
Identify discrepancies and report issues promptly.
Support data analysis related to transportation, inventory, and operational performance.

Qualifications

Education

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
Basic understanding of international trade and logistics operations is an advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA.
