Job Description
Net revenue and project cost management:
Prepare month- end journal entry templates to instruct Accountants on project revenue and expense accrual.
Review billing requests and supporting billing documents prepared and submitted by the Account/Billing team to ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements (including client audit).
Verify client project billings and production expense budgets.
Review Active Job reports and track the latest updates from a financial point of view through regular WIP meetings with Account management andProductionteam (e.g., regularly review and challenge WIP with account teams, focus on old unbilled items to ensure proper billing follow- up).
Verify and code production expense invoices.
Internal Control:
Ensure compliance with the Group’s policy, IFRS, and VAS in all relevant tasks.
Collaborate with the Commercial Finance team and Reporting team to strengthen the accounting environment regarding net revenue reporting.
Ensure compliance with external audit requirements (including client audit).
Support SAP roll- out and implementation in Vietnam regarding job management and net revenue management functions.
Reporting and Analysis:
Review Balance sheets prepared by Accountants with regards to TWCAP (AR turnover ratio, WIP aging, Accrued revenue aging, billing KPI performance of billing team) to support weekly cashflow projection and controlling.
Handle other ad- hoc reporting tasks assigned by the Transactional Finance Lead/Internal Controller.
Set up action plans for TWCAP if necessary, jointly with Commercial Finance leads.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in Auditing, Accounting, or Finance
Degree in Finance/Accounting or related fields
Proficiency in English
Soft skills such as multitasking, teamwork, effective communication, and problem solving Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and other MS Office tools.
