As a QC Trainee, you will contribute to the quality assurance of our internal ERP systems and take your first steps into a fulfilling career in the software testing field. This opportunity is open to recent graduates or final-year students, and you will receive full training to grow within our quality assurance team and agile development practices.

• Join the development (Scrum) team responsible for one or multiple ERP modules
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate closely with Product Owners to review requirements and provide testing input
• Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities in alignment with project goals
• Receive training and develop practical knowledge in testing methodologies including context-driven testing, automation, API and performance testing
• Research and apply appropriate testing techniques and tools based on project context
• Collaborate with developers and mentors to design testing strategies
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases
• Track and report bugs, ensuring they are resolved efficiently
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and perform tasks assigned by mentors or supervisors

• Academic background: Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
• Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
• Knowledge of writing test plans and test cases
• Experience with object-oriented programming in any language (C#, Java, etc.)
• Language: English (Fluent) & Vietnamese (Native)
• You have good collaboration and communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment
• You are adaptable, eager to learn, and able to quickly grasp new concepts

As a Software Engineer Trainee, you will be part of the internal IT team and will take part in the development and maintenance of Mantu’s digital ecosystem.

• Study and analyze Mantu’s ERP system functionalities
• Participate in and complete the internal IT training program
• Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve internal software applications
• Implement and maintain CI/CD processes to ensure continuous delivery
• Contribute to the definition and execution of software testing and quality assurance procedures
• Ensure alignment with project specifications, company standards, and industry regulations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance features and address issues
• Engage in technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
  

• Academic background: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• Knowledge of programming fundamentals in .NET and C#
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) practices
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools
• Language: English (fluent) & Vietnamese (Native)
• You are proactive, collaborative, and have the ability to adapt quickly to change
