We are seeking a motivated and detail- oriented Associate Tech Business Analyst Intern to join our growing technology team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands- on experience in analyzing business processes, supporting tech initiatives, and contributing to data- driven decision- making in the dynamic food service industry.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Assist in basic data analysis tasks to support business decision- making
Contribute to the creation of reports and dashboards for data visualization
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from various departments
Contribute to small projects under the guidance of senior team members, focusing on the intersection of business needs and technological solutions
Participate in user acceptance testing for new technology solutions
Help create and maintain documentation for business processes and systems
Support the analysis of current business processes and help identify areas for technological improvement
Shadow experienced business analysts in meetings and projects to learn about tech business analysis in practice
WHO YOU ARE ?
Basic understanding of business processes and information technology concepts
Strong academic record with relevant coursework in business analysis, data analytics, or information systems
Keen attention to detail and good organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
Familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus (e.g., SQL, Power BI)
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
Currently pursuing a Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
Interest in the restaurant industry and food tech innovations
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements (basic level)
