HCM - Technical Designer (TD)

We are seeking a detail- oriented and innovative Technical Designer to join our team. The Technical Designer will collaborate closely with the Buyer, Sales, and Production teams to develop comprehensive technical specifications for products, ensuring that the design vision is accurately translated into manufacturable products. This role is ideal for someone with strong problem- solving skills, an in- depth understanding of fit and pattern, and the ability to work across multiple disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review design concepts and provide technical feedback to ensure feasibility in production.
- Develop detailed tech packs outlining materials, measurements, and construction specifications.
- Oversee quality control during the sampling and production processes.
- Decide on seam types, stitch techniques, and construction methods to ensure durability and quality.
- Make pattern adjustments to improve fit and comfort based on buyer feedback.
Review samples to assess fit, construction, and overall quality.
Communicate with buyer to ensure the design is progressing as expected and to address any concerns or feedback

- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in design and technical software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other pattern- making software.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and fabric properties.
- Communication: Ability to clearly communicate technical details and collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in technical design
Language Skills: English communication skills, both written and verbal

- Salary range is 18 mil VND ~ 30 mil VND (Depending on capability, Not including overtime)

* Working days
- Mon ~ Fri : 8:00- 17:30
- 24 days of Annual leave, Tet Holiday separate
- Sat : Work half day (08:00~12:00) and every other week off biweekly.
