JOB DESCRIPTION

Conduct live stream sales as requested on Floralpunk&039;s online channels.

Collaborate with other departments to research and optimize livestream sessions.
Working hours: Each shift is 3- 4 hours, Monday to Sunday (9am- 12pm, 12pm- 3pm, 3pm- 6pm, 6pm- 8:30pm, 8:30pm- 11pm)
Control and coordinate the livestream to ensure it stays on schedule and according to plan.
Coordinate with the livestreaming team to manage livestreams. Directly participate in pre- and post- livestream preparation (assist with setup).
Prepare reports and perform other tasks as required by your direct manager.
Provide advice, answer customer inquiries, and address product questions.

REQUIREMENTS

Attractive appearance. Knowledgeable about fashion and selling through livestreaming.
Female candidates are preferred.
Flexible working hours, available for evening or weekend shifts as needed.
Age range: 20- 28 years old
Experienced in livestreaming on Facebook/TikTok/Shopee
Capable of working in a team and taking responsibility for tasks.
Excellent communication skills, confident in their interactions, capable of leading, and possessing a pleasant speaking voice.
High school diploma or higher
Livestream sales are done in shifts, each shift lasting at least 3- 4 hours (including nighttime livestreams).

LIVESTREAM ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION

Prepare before the live session.

Review and verify shopping carts, promotional banners, vouchers, and other in- platform sales promotion tools before launching.
Install live streaming software (TikTok Live Studio, OBS...), set up the layout, lighting, sound, background, product samples, and props necessary for each livestream session.

Live- ops

Set up and display exclusive banners and sales promotion tools throughout the broadcast.
Directly manage the live session: pin products to the screen, release discount codes/flash sales in sync with the Host&039;s call- to- action.
We are ready to provide support and replace the host as needed to ensure the live session runs continuously and without interruption.

Seeding & Interaction

Continuous interaction, liking, and comment boosting (seeding) are used to stimulate FOMO (fear of missing out), retain viewers, and improve engagement metrics for live sessions.

Collaborate with the customer service team to answer questions about products, sizes/numbers, and policies directly in the live comments section, in order to optimize conversion rates during the session.

Reports & Analysis

Compile and report the results of each live session to the person in charge.
Monitor and understand the dashboard after each live session: analyze operational data, engagement, and shopping cart performance to evaluate the effectiveness of the broadcast.

REQUIREMENTS

Attractive appearance. Knowledgeable about fashion and selling through livestreaming.
Age range: 20- 30 years old
Minimum of less than 1 year of experience or previous experience in similar positions related to online sales.
Capable of working in a team and taking responsibility for tasks.
Excellent communication skills, confident in their interactions, capable of leading, and possessing a pleasant speaking voice.
Experienced in livestreaming on Facebook/TikTok/Shopee

Flexible working hours, available for evening or weekend shifts.
