As our social media assistant, you will help oversee Floralpunk’s social media presence. In this job, you will work closely with members of the marketing department. Your responsibilities include researching competitive brands or markets, developing and executing social media activities that drive business.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design and develop engaging visual content for
and social assets
digital/e- commerce marketing activation including site banners, landing pages,
- Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos,product listings, and storefronts.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on customerfeedback and data analytics.
- Participate in the entire design process, fromideation to final execution.
- Conduct thorough reviews of designs for errors beforeprinting or publishing.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams toensure design alignment and cohesion.
- Stay updated with changes in design applications andindustry developments.
- Demonstrate excellent time management andorganizational skills.
- Support cross- functional teams with design needs andcreative input and solutions as required
- Coordinate with third- party services as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree, major in Graphic Design / Visual
Communication Design / Digital Media Design / or other relevant majors. Diploma
in Graphic Design or years of industry experience will also be considered.
- 1+ year of experience in Graphic Design specialized in
E- commerce / Visual Communication Design / Digital Media Design, preferably
within the fashion industry or a related field.
- Proven graphic design experience with an understandingof various eCommerce platform design requirements and best practices.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,Illustrator), Figma, Google Workspace and other relevant design software.
- Ability to work in a fast- paced, collaborativeenvironment and meet tight deadlines
- Detail- oriented with a passion for creativity andinnovation.
- Knowledge of UI/ UX is a plus
- Knowledge in photo- retouching is a must
- Knowledge in video- editing is a plus
- English fluency is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem- solving and strong critical thinking
- Multi- tasking skill with the ability to prioritizetasks
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
