JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a proactive, customer- focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is central to maintaining our reputation for excellent service. You’ll be interacting directly with customers through various online channels and hotline, managing orders, solving problems, and supporting our internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction is consistently exceeded.
Responsibilities
Manage day- to- day operations of your assigned customer service shift or team, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of customer inquiries and orders.
Foster effective communication across departments and help promote a positive team atmosphere.
Type quickly and accurately, handling multiple chats or tasks simultaneously.
Collaborate closely with the florist and order processing teams to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time and meet the highest quality standards.
Communicate with customers through live chat, Facebook, hotline, and other digital platforms alongside team members to maintain top- tier service standards.
Demonstrate accountability by delivering “Wow” customer service in every interaction.
Carry out other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Embrace continuous learning and adapt quickly to changes in the environment, systems, or customer needs.
Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
Provide clear, consistent performance reports and updates to the Office Manager or direct supervisor.
Ensure all customer expectations are met or exceeded with prompt, friendly, and solution- oriented support
Regularly collect and report customer feedback, and contribute to weekly debriefs with the line manager.
Propose new ideas to improve daily operations, customer service processes, or workflow efficiency.
Understand and anticipate customer needs, improve response time, and enhance overall customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Fast typing speed and ability to manage multiple conversations at once.
Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and basic English.
High attention to detail, problem- solving skills, and a customer- first mindset.
Previous experience in customer service, e- commerce, or hospitality is a plus.
A collaborative spirit and a passion for delivering service that exceeds expectations.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast- paced, dynamic environment.
