JOB DESCRIPTION
Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:30– 17:45
Location:
Saigon Trade Center, No. 37 Ton Duc Thang Street, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Task 1:
Fleet Sales Coordination Support
Track order, collect feedback from Partners, work with Sales team to allocate orders to right dealer
Coordinate with internal teams, agencies & partners to ensure smooth offline operation
Manage paperwork and documentation related to Fleet Sales activities
Task 2:
Activation Support & Coordination
Support Dealers in optimizing their online presence around activation events (event posts, recap visuals)
Coordinate between dealers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
Coordinate with brand team for asset delivery and online content rollout pre- /post- activation
Assist in the coordination of nationwide activation programs including: GT34 MotoCare Roadshow; Office Building & University Test Ride Events; Dealer activations
Monitor timelines, logistics, and on- site needs to optimize performance of each activation
REQUIREMENTS
Commit to a minimum 6- month full- time internship
Problem- solving skills
Dynamic, enthusiastic personality eager to learn with strong curiosity and proactive approach
Final- year students or fresh graduates majoring in Marketing or related fields.
Teamwork, resilience, strong focus on results, ability to work in a fast- paced
Strong English & Vietnamese communication skills
Relevant experience in Marketing is an advantage
