WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage and report progress of implementation of items: POSM, budget...- Execute other tasks assigned by Department Head
PGs: Sampling, Event support to sell out at point of sale.
Coordinate with the Purchasing Department to find suppliers for manufacturing display items: Standee, wobbler, hanger, sale materials, leaflets, signage...
Manage customer data, implement sales support activities to increase display market share and revenue at point of sale.
Report market insights and propose market support solutions.
Plan and implement Trade Marketing programs on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis within the managed area.
Collaborate with Marketing to brainstorm ideas and design POSM display items for different periods/points of sale.
Recruit, manage, and train PGs (Promotion Girls) and Market Audit staff to implement activities: (Collaborate with HR for recruitment)
Audit staff: Control market prices, Trade programs, evaluate displays for stores, shops, and business activities.
Conduct market research and analyze competitors&039; activities in Trade Marketing such as: Display, Promotional programs, sampling activities, events at point of sale.

College/Bachelor in Marketing/Business Management
Experience in Trade & Marketing
2+ years of experience in Modern Trade sales
Skills in budget management, market analysis, and competitor analysis to win at point of sale.
