WHAT YOU WILL DOConduct market research and analyze competitors&039; activities in Trade Marketing such as: Display, Promotional programs, sampling activities, events at point of sale.
Manage customer data, implement sales support activities to increase display market share and revenue at point of sale.
Plan and implement Trade Marketing programs on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis within the managed area.
Collaborate with Marketing to brainstorm ideas and design POSM display items for different periods/points of sale.
Coordinate with the Purchasing Department to find suppliers for manufacturing display items: Standee, wobbler, hanger, sale materials, leaflets, signage...
Recruit, manage, and train PGs (Promotion Girls) and Market Audit staff to implement activities: (Collaborate with HR for recruitment)
PGs: Sampling, Event support to sell out at point of sale.
Audit staff: Control market prices, Trade programs, evaluate displays for stores, shops, and business activities.
Report market insights and propose market support solutions.
Manage and report progress of implementation of items: POSM, budget...- Execute other tasks assigned by Department Head
WHO ARE YOUCollege/Bachelor in Marketing/Business Management
Experience in Trade & Marketing
2+ years of experience in Modern Trade sales
Skills in budget management, market analysis, and competitor analysis to win at point of sale.
Planning and implementing market support activities: Events, Activations, Direct Marketing, and store support activities such as: display, rewards, promotions...
Creative, insightful, flexible, and proactive in work.
Ability to work in teams towards common goals.
