JOB DESCRIPTION
Directly liaise with the retailers within the Crescent Mall in the first instance, being their first point of contact for any issues the retailer would like to discuss, resolving or escalating as appropriate.
Working with the Operations Team, the TR Staff will be required to ensure the delivery of the highest standard of service from all contractors, including Cleaning, Maintenance, Security, M&E and Waste Disposal.
Assist with petty cash reconciliation where required.
Liaising with both the Marketing Manager and Retailers and other parties regarding the booking & use of event space.
Assist in overseeing the customer service and mall commercialization aspects of Centre Management.
Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned by TR Manager.
Assisting with rent collection and arrears control where required.
Perform “Walk around” every day to highlight any area which has an adverse effect on either the operation, or presentation of the Centre.
Review & address lease line and sight line infringements in addition to other breaches of lease by tenants where required. Ensure tenants are compliant with legal obligations, Tenant Handbook rules and regulations.
Working with the Management Team, the TR Staff may be assigned or required to carry out specific projects aimed at improving standards within the Crescent Mall, for example customer care, or standard of service of contractors, reviewing all centre facilities, equipment & furniture.
REQUIREMENTS
Tertiary qualifications with relevant experience of at least 1- 3 years working in a similar position.
Ability to recognize problems or safety hazards and act upon same immediately, troubleshooting and implementing problem- solving skills.
Ability to react quickly in emergencies and make decisions that may involve the safety of others or a significant amount of money.
Fluency in Vietnamese and English, both oral and written essential.
Advanced knowledge of Customer Service.
Demonstrate Team Leadership and Client Liaison experience.
Able to work in shifts (evenings, early mornings), weekends and/or holidays.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Investigate complaints by colleagues, tenants and/or shoppers and ensure that quality standards and service are maintained at all times.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the Operations budget.
• Assist in the supervision of contractor staff such as: cleaners, securities, etc... and direct them to accomplish all operational functions to agreed standards.
• Contribute towards the smooth and efficient operational management of the Shopping Centre ensuring the comfort and safety of all stakeholders.
• Liaise with Operational Contractors, ensuring the delivery of the highest standard of service within agreed timeframes and budgetary limits.
• Assist in the development, implementation & direction of all Emergency and Safety Programs
• Keep up to date with the Operational Maintenance Program and the Operational Schedules.
• Support and participate in the implementation of all risk management guidelines for fire and safety regarding operations, including the proper storage of chemicals, paints...
• Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
• Assist in ensuring all of the various operational systems and equipment, surface finishes and surrounds are correctly maintained to the various manufacturers’ and suppliers’ specifications
• Liaise with retailers re operational matters
• Be security conscious at all times whilst working in the Centre, car parks and surrounds
• Participate in the training of contractor staff such as: cleaners, securities, etc... to deliver superior service in order to meet or exceed customer expectation.
• Ensure all operations undertaken in the Centre conform with both all relevant regulations and any other relevant legislative requirement applicable to those tasks.
• Assist in the ordering, coding and tracking of departmental expenditure, ensuring proper delivery, receipt and secure storage of all ordered items.
• Advise the Operations Manager on all matters relating to potential improvements to the operations, identifying problems or items of concern where necessary
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Operations Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
• Wide- ranging exposure to contract management.
• Superior organizational, analytical, reasoning ability, communication, conflict resolution, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in planning and implementation of Fire & Emergency Procedures
• Proficiency on software programs including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, in addition to Building Management Systems.
• Ability to react quickly in emergency situations and make decisions which may involve the safety of others or a significant amount of money.
• Tertiary qualifications in Facilities Management with relevant Operations Management experience of at least 1 year, working in a similar position or in hotels/hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to recognize problems or safety hazards and act upon same immediately, troubleshooting and implementing advanced problem- solving skills.
• Demonstrate Team Leadership and Client Liaison experience
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English, both oral and written essential.
• Advanced knowledge of Building Operations and Facilities Management, a sound understanding of Budgeting and Occupational Health & Safety required.
• Professional Certification as required by Regulation / Law
• Solid budgeting and report writing skills
