YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
May undertake academic research related to programs conducted at UTS;
Performs miscellaneous job- related duties as assigned;
Provide entry- level professional support services as appropriate to the daily administrative tasks; (photocopying, data entry, typing);
Translate documents and update databases (assessing by standard alignment);
Assists in the planning and implementation of assigned projects/sub groups of the International Program;
Support Procurement of office materials and administrative logistics.
Arrange placement testing and annual tests for students;
Assist teachers, staff, and students in day- to- day operations;
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in English (preferable IELTS 7.0);
Good analysis & PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to work independently and in a team;
Project management skill;
