JOB DESCRIPTION
Event Logistics Support
•Support onsite event management, including registration, logistics, and troubleshooting.
•Coordinate with school departments for event setup.
•Assist in planning and executing school events (e.g., Open Days, student activities, teacher appreciation events, etc.).
Marketing Projects Assistance
•Help maintain the school’s marketing database and stakeholder lists.
•Provide support in implementing marketing campaigns and school initiatives.
•Support the development of promotional materials in collaboration with the designer.
Media & Content Support
•Ensure marketing materials align with EMASI’s branding guidelines.
•Coordinate with the school’s media team and students for content gathering.
•Assist in social media content creation and scheduling.
•Capture photos and videos for school events and marketing purposes.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification & Personal Attributes We Value:

Willingness to perform a wide variety of supportive tasks during school hours, understanding that no task is too small when it contributes to the students&039; experience.
Ability to follow directions from the lead teacher while also using initiative within established boundaries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for working with children and contributing to their educational journey.
Patience, empathy, and a positive role model for students.
Preferred:
A relevant qualification (e.g., Associate&039;s degree, TA certificate, or Child Development credential).
Previous experience as a teaching assistant, in a school setting, or with child care.
