The Content Creator is a versatile creative able to produce compelling content fit for multiple channels in- line with the brand and the TOV, driving increased readership and audience. This role reports to the MarCom manager.

Responsibilities

Complete other tasks as required by the brand director.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers to create digital assets for projects including shoot briefs, shoot management, sharing and storing content.
Monitor news and culture channels and propose timely and compelling content angles and ideas.
Monitor analytics to evaluate the performance of content and adjust approach based on data.
Creates deep and lasting relationships with and between people, partners, and team.
Support event production from concept and collaborations, to production, and recap.
Help develop and maintain TOV guidelines, style guides, visual guidelines and brand messaging documents.
Research and present content ideas, and approaches and strategies.
Update team daily on progress and challenges, and ensure deadlines are met and timelines are adhered to.
Create timely and compelling content for multiple platforms (WordPress, IG and Reels, TikTok, FB, Mailchimp) based on briefs and expected KPIs.
Align and adjust content based on feedback from the team.

Proficient in project management tools.
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Great understanding of marketing, production, events, etc.
Experience in providing and receiving constructive criticism.
Adept at managing social media platforms and content channels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to anticipate needs, think critically and offer solutions to problems; provide high level of attention to detail.
Knowledge in office management, office systems and procedures; hands on experience with office equipment, i.e. photocopiers, printers, etc.
1+ years’ experience in content or marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields.
