Key Responsibilities:
Website Management and Improvement:
Continuously update and enhance the Wink Hotels website
Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility
Ensure website security and optimal performance
Guest Technology Systems:
Implement and maintain other guest- facing technologies
Manage and develop mobile key systems
Oversee and improve self- check- in processes
IT Infrastructure:
Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations
Maintain and upgrade hotel IT systems
Troubleshoot technical issues across the hotel network
Innovation and Development:
Research and propose new technologies to enhance guest experience
Lead the implementation of approved tech initiatives
Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for technological improvement
Support and Training:
Develop and conduct training sessions on new technologies
Provide technical support to staff across all hotel locations

Qualifications:
• Experience with hotel management software and guest- facing technologies
• 5+ years of experience in IT systems management, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non- technical staff
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, database management, and network systems
• Excellent problem- solving skills and ability to work under pressure
