Support in sending Birthday Cards to valued customers.
Manage and update product information into CRM system
Support in Weekly Customer gathering organization in HCM, Ha Noi, Da Nang.
Do CS Weekly report
Update new products, promotion, TVC, Clip...on fanpage, youtube,…
Follow other duties required from CS Leader
Get calls and answer customers related to products’ usage, price, points of sales, promotion, point of gift exchange, complaint cases, and others.... by phone
Daily check the content and images for upload on Fanpage.
Key in customers database shared by supermarket, pharmacy,…
Control consultation regarding customers’ Q&A on fanpage, youtube.
Yêu cầu công việc
Female, welcome fresh graduate from University or under 1 year experience (Business Administration major)
Be willing to work overtime occasionally if requested
Photoshop, AI, canva skill is an advantage
Customer- oriented, hardworking, trustworthy, eager to learn, and teamwork spirit;
Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Social network
Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese communication
Can working independently, ability to multi- task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Have passion in service industry;
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations,
