[HCMC] Digital Media Planner

Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans that drive measurable outcomes.
Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders, including campaign analysis, performance insights, and billing documentation.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex digital challenges and improve efficiency.
Develop, manage, and execute digital campaigns, including account setup, strategy development, and ongoing optimization with Media Performance; Content Strategy; E- Commercial team and Brand team.
Collaborate with external vendors to identify and implement new opportunities, innovations, and solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for day- to- day operational inquiries, ensuring strong brand relationships and trust.
Monitor campaign performance, leveraging data to adjust strategies and optimize results.
Media market and competitor compatible.
Take ownership of campaign execution, prioritizing efforts and resources effectively.
KPI:
- Qualitative: CTR, CPV, CPM, CPC, and more...
- Quantitative: Unit cost, impression, click, view, engagement, etc.

Experience & Skills

Familiarity with digital tracking platforms and campaign measurement tools.
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital media execution, preferably in a media agency.
Experience in budget planning, analytical reporting, and performance tracking.
Strong understanding of digital performance marketing and platform offerings (e.g., SEM, Social, Display).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast- paced environment.
Effective budget management and resource allocation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and refine strategies.
