[HCMC_DIST.1] CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER FOR BUSINESS MODEL OF VENDOR-TRADING

The Chief Operating Officer (Vendor/Trading Industry) will be responsible for having a well- defined strategy in place to effectively manage and optimize operations within a company. The talented candidate will have a strong background in operation management of vendor/buyer business model, excellent negotiation skills, and a track record of driving of revenue growth and quality improvements. Including:

Optimize resource allocation, cost reduction, and improved decision- making;
Devise the plans and actions to enhance operational efficiency, manage internal processes, and drive business growth;
Streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and mitigate risks for business;
Implement vendor management solutions ensures transparency, accountability, and consistent performance. By aligning vendor management with organizational goals, businesses can achieve growth, resilience, and competitive advantage.
Stay updated on industry trends and developments in vendor management to change the strategies shifted to prioritizing innovation and agility, reflecting the changing industry landscape;
Responsible for implementing and managing the business strategies (cost leadership, product differentiation, market segmentation, market expansion,…) and operating plans in order to reach organizarional goals;

Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions;
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Logistics, Finance, or a related field;
Fluency in English is a must;
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders;
Demonstrated success in developing and executing sourcing strategies that deliver cost savings and operational efficiencies;
Minimum 8- 10 years of experience in management of trading industry (includes: sourcing, merchandising or related roles within Furniture Sourcing Industry/ Global Retailer) or/and minimum 5 years of experience in the same position;
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously;
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve results;
Ability to thrive in a fast- paced and dynamic business environment.
Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies, negotiation strategies, and supply chain management principles;
