[HCMC_DIST.1] MD ASSISTANT (Experience in Graphic Design)

Assistant phase:

Plan and maintain MD’s calendar and recurring tasks, arrange appointments, organise, and set agendas/action points for all his meetings; Participating in assigned meetings and projects, from supporting MD in collecting, analyze, and tracking information team daily activities.
Make attractive presentation slides (proposal/ portfolio >> Need to use graphic design softwares/Tools), research, and analyze data, or/and necessary information according to the request of MD;
Analyze and make monthly expense reports for MD;
Manage emails, information, and other communications; answer where possible – highlight and prioritise those that need MD attention;
Working closely with MD, and individuals to get feedback on problems during teams operation, doing necessary research (Research production, competitors, market, ...) to come up with methods of support and problem solving;

Merchandising phase:

Understand the needs of internal team, then source and propose the right suppliers/factory; Maintain and develop existing vendor/factory network;
In collaboration with supply chain/logistics teams to follow- up the supplier’s performance to ensure delivery on- time & good quality;
Other tasks assigned by MD.
Working with suppliers/factory to develop new products based on the market&039;s trends/buyer’s needs;
Follow the development product phase with internal team until PO’s kick- off;
Provide good relationship management with the clients/buyers, well- prepared client trip by cooperation with admin/ support team;
Support supply chain & sales team for any issue during the product life cycle before and after sales;

Fluency in English;
Bachelor‘s degree in Business administration, Economics, Logistics, or related field;
Have at least 2- 3 years working in the positions of Specialize Assistant >> Prefer having experience in Global Supply Chain, Global Sourcing; Global Retails;
Have Aesthetic sense, and graphic design skills to make attractive presentation;
Have planning skills, and problem- solving skills;
Ability to work under pressure, and be quick learner in fast- paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word);
Good communication & negotiation. Ability to coordinate & collaborate with different internal/external team;
Ability to research, analyze data and report;
