• Perform other related tasks as required by the Department Head or Department Manager
• Conduct early forecasting based on trends and factors influencing business operations in reality.
• Conduct in- depth analysis of business operations of business centers and provide specific business recommendations.
• Build and implement a comprehensive company- wide management reporting system from multiple perspectives to serve the decision- making of the Board of Directors and the CEO of the company.
• Perform financial analysis and business performance analysis from various management dimensions. Analyze proposals for products, product models, business models, business proposals, sales programs/marketing campaigns, projects, etc., to support decision- making by authorized levels.
• Provide data on KPIs for measuring the performance of units; build and develop KPI reports for units and the entire company.
• Prepare regular reports as required by law to the State Bank of Vietnam, the Credit Information Center (CIC), and other government agencies as requested.
• Act as the focal point for managing, monitoring, providing, and exploiting data throughout the company to ensure data security, consistency, and accuracy.

- Language: TOEIC score of 605- 780.
- Qualifications: Bachelor&039;s degree or above in Economics, Finance, and related fields.
- Experience: Knowledge of management reporting, state bank reporting, or financial accounting/auditing in banking. Individuals with experience in financial analysis, business analysis, and management reporting in banks, financial institutions, or large corporations are preferred.
