HCMC | Manual Tester (French speaking)

In this role, you will work as a senior manual tester in this capacity. Together with a group of like-minded people from the testing community, you will closely collaborate with our clients on an array of creative and cooperative engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Create procedures for reviewing requirements, creating test plans, strategies, documentation, and a testing roadmap


• Collaborate with clients, product owners, developers, business analysts, and IT personnel.


• Investigate issues, bugs, and feedback


• Monitor defect management process. 


• Manage changes and execute regression tests. 


• Plan and control testing activities.


• Create test report.

Primary Skills: 

Tools: Postman, Azure DevOps, 

• Good communication in French is a must.


• Good Java programming


• Willingness to accept full accountability and ownership of the quality assurance process.


• Practical expertise with Agile approaches; demonstrated ability to contribute testing perspectives to Backlog refinement and Sprint planning.


• Expertise in test planning, testability evaluation, and test design methodologies


• Ability to interpret the test basis (requirements, functional, and technological design).


• Extensive experience working with various forms of testing (functional system integration, regression, etc.).


• Team player with expertise working with multinational and multifunctional teams.


• Ability to operate under great pressure and on a tight timetable.


• Knowledge of the business domains: insurance (life/non-life) and banking is a plus.


• Good communication in English is a plus.


• Knowledge and experience in Automation/Performance testing is beneficial.
