[HCMC] Shop Salesperson - Fine Wine - Retail Shop

• Track inventory of wine, retail items, and general supplies
• Ensure wine shop cleanliness and organize maintenance of the facility
• Respond to emails and phone inquiries in a timely manner
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Pack shipments, organize delivery, and ensure accurate records on orders
• Monitor reservations and daily walk- in visitors
• Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling our wines to customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Execution of onsite events in coordination with Wine Shop Manager

Technical and soft skills

Essential
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Competent computer skills
• Flexible schedule, ability to work in peak times
• Ability to lift 40 lbs frequently, manage stairs easily, and work on feet
• Passion for sales, people, eventually and ideally wine.
• Ability to work independently and in a team
Desirable
• Experience in working with advertising/travel agency companies
• Wine education and qualification
Experience
• At least 2 years of work experience on sales at bars, restaurants, preferably in high end retail/hospitality
• At least 1 year of work experience on sales in wine industry
