[HCM/HN] Trainer QC (Field Trainer)

- Practical Learning Enhancement: Collaborate with the L&D team to strengthen practical, in- store learning experiences. Develop hands- on training modules that align with our company values and objectives.
- Consistency Across Stores: Ensure that training programs are consistently applied across all Pizza 4P‘s stores, regardless of location. Develop and maintain training standards and materials for uniformity.
- Training Quality Control: Act as the "Training QC" to evaluate the quality of training delivery and its impact on customer experiences and Mystery Shopper (MS) scores. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to boost MS scores.
- Regular Store Visits: Conduct frequent visits to our stores to assess the application of Learning and Development (L&D) training programs. Provide on- the- spot guidance and support to partners.

- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager within the Operations Team is preferred and demonstrated record of outstanding performance within the company.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a high degree of self- motivation.
