Head Bar/ Mixologist

The Capital Club is an invite- only private members&039; club offering catering to the fine tastes and sophisticated lifestyles of top executives and business elites. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Bar to join our leadership team and manage our dedicated staff in providing unparalleled service to our valued members.
The Head Bartender/ Mixologist oversees bar side and all bartenders&039; work. Your creative flair, energy, and passion will create superior beverage experiences for our guests. Through your effective leadership and innovation, you will create drinks and menus that raise our member’s satisfation.
Job duties:
- Reporting to Operation Manager (or Assistant Mgr if OM absent)
- In charge of Beverage list of our club, preparing and creating special and exciting drinks.
- Ensuring all details of service are performed by the bartenders meet standards
- Updating and training full knowledge of all products served in the bar to the team
- Knowledgeable on all F&B options and can assist as a waiter if needed.
- Assisting with beverage procurement, beverage costing.
- Monitoring, Planning, Organizing, and Controlling the operations
- Implement loss/ risk prevention, manage quality and crisis situation.

- Fluent in English skills
- Certificated in barista is a plus.
- Certificated professional bartender/ mixologist
- At least 2- 3 years as Head Bartender/ Mixologist in luxury hotel/ resort.
- Ability to work independently and teamwork and analyse issues.
- Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks.
- Strong interpersonal and problem- solving abilities
