Head of 3PL Management

• As Head of 3PL Management, your main role will be to own the relationship with our partners and to define the 3PL Portfolio strategy and roadmap to serve the overall Lazada Logistic strategy.
• You will be to define the governance around 3PL relationship and to lead recurring review / negotiation session in order to drive performance improvement, cost optimization & growth strategy.
• Set up a strong procurement process as well as repository tool to properly track all of aspects of 3PL performance and drive efficient Quarterly Performance Review (QBR). Ability to work closely with internal stakeholder from Operations, to Finance, etc.
• As key driver of CPP, you will be responsible to drive in depth P&L simulation and rate card optimization analysis to do gap analysis and understand where to negotiate with our 3PLs.
• Ability to drive market research in order to fully master the 3PL landscape and understand areas of optimizations (ie. New 3PLs, opening of new sorts for existing 3PLs, etc)

• Experience leading end-to-end sourcing processes, including spend analysis, supplier screening and benchmarking
