Head of Accounts/ Chief Accountant

- Be responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations

- Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operational departments in analyzing margins, variances, P&L analysis.

- Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the setting up

- Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns

- Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives

- The detailed Job description will be discussed in the interview with the Management Board.

- University/ College Degree in related job field or equivalent certificates/ diplomas.

- Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels

- Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel

- Good attitude, team work building rapport, positive thinking, be dynamic & creative, passionate in working & developing, take challenges and be able to work under pressure with can-do commitment
