Head of Admissions

Leads and oversees the R&D of new curriculum
Responsible for the daily operations, administration, and management of all team members within Department
Uses latest market trends to adapt academic programs for fit and identify new opportunities for growth
Develops strategies and plans to help team meet quarterly and annual growth targets
Oversees the training and development of sales and customer service team members
Coordinates with Marketing to provide localized marketing support and generate student leads
Supervises the timely planning, coordination, and execution of application seasons and campaigns
Plans and manages Department budget and finances
Oversees quality assurance of all academic programs
Coaches and mentors Education Consultants to develop and implement strategies and plans to help students (clients) meet their educational goals
Develops and executes localized sales & marketing strategies to expand influence and market share
Collects and analyzes customer feedback to improve the quality of our academic programs and customer service

● Management experience in the education industry
● +3 Years experience directly working with students in a college counseling
● Strong background related to college admissions processes, financial aid, and student resources
● Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year academic institution
Open for Vietnamese and expatriate.
