Head Of Air Freight

. Develop and direct new opportunities within existing and new accounts.
. Other assigned tasks by General Manager.
. To coordination to ensure our service commitments fulfilled and meeting customers&039; requirements.
. To develop and execute effective sales and marketing plans based on market status and trend to reach projected result and performance.
. To supervise & manage airfreight team, to integrate service products for business promotions and development.
. Ensure accurate and timely monthly sales reporting to General Manager.
. Oversee sales processes, values and business code of ethics.

. Proven ability to multi- task and drive revenue from multiple accounts.
. In- depth market knowledge of the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry.
. Strong organizational, business writing and negotiation skills.
. Fluent writing and speaking in English.
. 3- 5 year experiences in airfreight management positions.
. Bachelor&039;s degree or above.
. Excellent client and vendor relationship management.
. Excellent presentation skills and strong attention to detail.
