Head of APAC

We are an established information services company. We are in a rapid growth mode, expanding teams across multiple functions in our APAC offices. Our clients range from small to mid- size companies in a wide variety of sectors.
About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional candidate with proven leadership in executive roles, displaying outstanding performance and strong business acumen. As the Head of APAC, you will drive commercial success within the APAC region by providing executive leadership with P&L responsibility, directing multi- national business growth, defining client strategies, and optimizing revenue. Extensive experience in a global company with a focus on strategic growth and operations is essential.
Responsibilities:

Leading over 300 employees in 7 countries across the APAC region notably India, China and Japan
Develop, design, and manage client account plans and annual account reviews
Align processes and performance tracking across the region to reach operational excellence
Work with key executives by acting as a consultant – identify, present, and market innovative recommendations relating to industry trends and product differentiation
Deepen and broaden strategic relationships within the client at the “C” suite level, and act as a key influencer across Asia and Australia
Retention, and business development of clients/prospects across Asia Pacific

Requirements

Proven experience (15+ years) in a similar leadership role, overseeing multiple APAC offices
Master&039;s degree in Business Administration or related field
Sales management experience in a high- growth or client- centric environment, such as consulting and technology
Experience hiring top management professionals in a global environment
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high- performing teams
