Understand the trade- offs involved in technology change while simultaneously delivering business benefit. Requires commercial acumen, business alignment and ability to negotiate.
Leader must be knowledgeable in the Business Domain and Strategy and have the ability to translate these value drivers into executables technology deliverables aligned with Target Platform Architectures.
Experience
Experience effectively engaging wide array of Senior stakeholders necessary to deliver transformational change at all levels of business, operations & technology
Experience in modernising Architecture Operations in large scale, complex organisations will be an advantage
Strong understanding of Architecture, Technology, analytics & business process based solutions.
10+ years experience in the Technology industry & including leading architecture team
Qualification Requirements
Architecture or technology related certifications will be an advantage
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical qualification
KEY ACCOUNTABULITIES
Ensure appropriate controls are activated and embedded into all key delivery processes
Provide Strategy & Architecture insights and recommendations to Board , CEO and ELG on state of Technology transformation, guiding investment recommendations.
Ensure alignment to consistent frameworks for continuous delivery
Build and lead a high performing team of architects –making architecture a magnet for talent in Vietnam.
Optimise Architecture’s cost, personnel and resource management profile
Represent an enterprise- wide perspective on re- use and optimisation of technology choices.
Leading and monitoring of division delivery performance, assurance activity, workforce planning and capability development
Establish business unit budgeting, forecasting, and tracking
Strategically support and lead the deparment across a number of dimensions – risk management, culture, engagement, S&A overarching Scorecard delivery
Development & driving cost efficiency initiatives across division
Strong strategic planning capabilities; able to quickly toggle between strategic & tactical levels
