The role of Head of Branding & Communications is responsible for the management of Brand GO!/Big C as well as communication on a regional/national basis.
The Head of Branding and Communications will also be responsible for internal and external communications, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders in implementing the marketing plan for online & offline communications.
He/She will be expected to provide the Marketing direction and support within the organization, actively participating in the organization’s strategy, communications, brand development & management.
Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors.
Build up, lead and coach and work with a team, ability to integrate him- / herself into existing side functions;
Realization and monitoring of efficient process flow;
Compile, develop and execute the marketing communication, in line with the business strategy as decided and communicated by the management;
Set up, update and monitor the approved calendar of events / marketing activities;
Design and co- ordinate O2O campaigns, POSM, media advertising and all kinds of visibility of print, online and social media;
Continuous controlling of the brand and own brand awareness and positioning for customers and employees and deduction of strategic implications for brand management from offline to online.
Participate in the planning of external and internal events, conferences and fairs and coordinate as directed by the partners;
Continuous coordination on store level to follow- up the implementation of brand identity and brand guideline;
Conduct marketing research to support any required project and keep updated with latest current trends and guidelines;
Professional cost control and management, meaning cost efficiency;
Fact based (research) adaptation of the brand and own brand positioning and the brand communication with regard to regional markets, customer split, store formats and internal and external developments;
Responsible for the design / creative team and production of advertising & media content;
Alignment with Own Brand Management;
