Mô tả công việc

The role of Head of Branding & Communications is responsible for the management of Brand GO!/Big C as well as communication on a regional/national basis.
The Head of Branding and Communications will also be responsible for internal and external communications, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders in implementing the marketing plan for online & offline communications.
He/She will be expected to provide the Marketing direction and support within the organization, actively participating in the organization’s strategy, communications, brand development & management.

Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors.
Build up, lead and coach and work with a team, ability to integrate him- / herself into existing side functions;
Realization and monitoring of efficient process flow;
Compile, develop and execute the marketing communication, in line with the business strategy as decided and communicated by the management;
Set up, update and monitor the approved calendar of events / marketing activities;
Design and co- ordinate O2O campaigns, POSM, media advertising and all kinds of visibility of print, online and social media;
Continuous controlling of the brand and own brand awareness and positioning for customers and employees and deduction of strategic implications for brand management from offline to online.
Participate in the planning of external and internal events, conferences and fairs and coordinate as directed by the partners;
Continuous coordination on store level to follow- up the implementation of brand identity and brand guideline;
Conduct marketing research to support any required project and keep updated with latest current trends and guidelines;
Professional cost control and management, meaning cost efficiency;
Fact based (research) adaptation of the brand and own brand positioning and the brand communication with regard to regional markets, customer split, store formats and internal and external developments;
Responsible for the design / creative team and production of advertising & media content;
Alignment with Own Brand Management;

Yêu cầu công việc

Knowledge:
- A good attention to detail, good communication skills and an ability to juggle multiple tasks on sometimes short deadlines. In addition, knowledge of Marketing will help him/her be more successful in work.
Experience:
- Respective relevant field experience for at least 5 years, especially in the retail, wholesale or FMCG industries in brand management and communications
- Excellent expertise in strategic brand management, communication and ability to implement strategies and concepts.
Computor Skills: Good at Microsoft office.
Office skills: Strong communication & interpersonal skills, time management, adaptability, well- organized and teamwork, detail- oriented, innovation; target and result driven;
Education: University degree (Master or Bachelor) in Business administration, marketing or communications studies (ideally with focus on marketing)
Attitude: A positive attitude, energetic personality, motivational spirit, and creatively open mind, mature personality with extraordinary communication skills; motivate and to develop people.
Language: Fluency in Vietnamese (native) and English (both written and spoken)
