Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the internal team to develop proposals, presentations, and customized solutions that address client requirements and showcase the company&039;s expertise.
Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, progress, and results to senior management.
Coordinate and participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision- makers in client organizations, understanding their needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
Continuously monitor industry trends and competitors, gathering market intelligence to inform business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
We are looking for a great and proficient Business Development Manager/ Sales Manager. You will focus to:Identify new business opportunities and potential clients, developing effective strategies to target and engage with them.
Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support business development efforts.

Yêu cầu công việc

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
At least 4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT outsourcing industry, with a proven track record of securing at least one IT outsourcing project.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a consultative selling approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and self- motivation.
In- depth understanding of different outsourcing models, such as staff augmentation, project- based outsourcing, and managed services, and the ability to recommend the most suitable model for clients based on their needs.
Demonstrated success in identifying, engaging, and closing deals with clients in IT outsourcing industry.
