Head of Collection Strategy and Analytics

Controlling/ monitoring Collection portfolio (30%):

Be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of collection information to perform business analyzed internally and externally. Develop and enhance Collection MIS and models for portfolio analytic and summary. (10%)
Perform ad- hoc and on- going analysis/ tests/ due diligence related to collection strategies and portfolio performance. (10%)
Be responsible for managing Collection MIS to support SVFC Collections operations, SVFC Collections portfolio, work with various functions to remedy data issues identified through various actions. (10%)

Collection strategy, cost and effective control (40%):

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of various levels of strategic segmentation, including credit loss, delinquency reporting and recovery collection, short and long- term forecasting of delinquency, loss measures and recoveries. (10%)
Cost and effective control. (10%)
Ensure the effectiveness of collection information to perform business analyzed internally and externally. (10%)
Ensure flexible collection strategy according to collection buckets, customer segments. (10%)

Team management (30%):

Maintain team members, minimize turnover rate, balance workload across members. (20%)
Training, motivating, coaching team members. (10%)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree require
Minimum Experience: 5+ years related work experience in Banking and Financial Institutions.
Knowledge, Competencies, Skills

Knowledgeable on database management (SAS, SQL Server, Oracle), SQL language, Microsoft Office...
Knowledgeable on modeling/business statistics as a preferred.
Collection background is a plus.
Knowledgeable on R language, Python is a plus.

Others

Leadership, problem solving, communication, decision making, planning and implement skills.
To be responsible for reporting suspected incidents of fraud.
