Head Of Corporate Banking

The work to be rendered by the Employee for the Bank shall include but not be limited to the following:
- Proactively manage credit and operation risk in the function.
- Monitor and submit business plan and report as required
- Build and maintain client relations by attending to inquiries, resolving queries and providing relevant information.
- Organize, manage and motivate the available human capital within the corporate banking function through the establishment of suitable organization structure and implementing development program to optimize competence and productivity.
- Develop and implement a focused efficient and effective customer service frameworks which will increase the flow of business from existing customers and generate business from new customers.
- Manage and maintain existing customer relationships as well as develop new relationships.
- Develop the marketing and sales strategies of the corporate banking function with a focus on growing the business volumes, customer base and income.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by Head of International Banking Function, Head Greater Mekong Subregion, and Branch General Director.
- Spearhead the development of products and services for the corporate banking function.
- Responsible of managing all activities in corporate banking function of HCMC Branch

- Excellent command in English both writing and speaking
- Broad understanding and experiences of banking business
- Well understanding on banking regulations and market intelligence
- Experienced and understanding of wholesale banking products, business and financial risk
- B.S or M.S in Finance, Banking, Economics or related degree.
- Strong personal skills and ability to work with different personalities
- Minimum 15 years in Corporate Banking with strong local market experience and networks
- Strong business sense in identifying business opportunities
- Good judgement to identify potential business and key risk issues
- Energetic, enthusiastic and active personality
